ME OUTSIDE is a naturally processed coffee is a light roast, which is perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, V60 and any of your favourite pour-over brewing methods. You can expect the sweet notes of chocolate, strawberries, and bananas, paired with the punch of pineapple and rum.
Here's the real story about the name of these beans: the plantation located at the hillside of Rantekarua Mountain in Tana Toraja and North Toraja Regency disappeared during revolution (taken over by Indonesian government in 1987). Rantekarua Coffee Plantation, opened by a Dutchman, disappeared during revolution, the farm was taken over by the Indonesian government in 1987. The plantation is located at the hillside of Rantekarua Mountain in Tana Toraja and North Toraja Regency. The name is based on this history.
