A cause close to our hearts, Red de Mujeres, or ‘network of women’, is a group of 830 female coffee producers, speaking 8 mayan languages. A group of women either widowed in the 36-years of civil war or left by their husbands when they fled the country to work abroad during financial crisis of 2001-2004.
